For decades, the ​​Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) was Baltimore City’s arts and culture arm, planning and hosting a number of parades, festivals, and more. They were looking for an updated identity. As artsy-type Baltimoreans, we had the knowledge and know-how to whip up a compelling new brand. Create Baltimore is a promise and an invitation; an acknowledgement that Baltimore’s leadership exists to serve our city and the creators that give the gift of perspective, beauty, and truth in our lives and communities.
