From Tournament Table to Lifestyle Brand

Founded by a sports mom in the heart of lacrosse country, LaxSoHard built early momentum selling apparel at invitationals and tournaments. As the brand expanded into retail spaces, it needed to evolve from a product-driven hustle into a lifestyle brand that could compete in a crowded market. Mission partnered with LaxSoHard to solidify their brand identity, visual system, ecommerce experience, and content strategy—creating a more unified presence to support long-term growth.

Building a Foundation for Scalable Growth

Lifestyle brands aren’t built on product alone. Every touchpoint—from logo to product photography to checkout flow—shapes perception and influences purchase decisions. And consistency is key. Our goal was to align LaxSoHard’s brand, content, and commerce, so the entire experience felt intentional, recognizable, and built to scale. Not unlike the game itself (wink), this project was an integrated effort, drawing on our strategy, creative, development, and advertising and analytics teams to bring it all home.

Brand & Positioning
We refined the brand strategy and developed a positioning framework to resonate with diverse audiences. From there, we redesigned the logo and visual identity to create a stronger, more distinctive presence.

Content Production
We captured photography in Mission’s studio and on location, building a robust library of content that LaxSoHard could use on their website, social channels, and for marketing in-store.

Ecommerce Optimization
We redesigned and optimized their Shopify storefront to improve navigation, elevate product storytelling, and create a smoother, more intuitive path to purchase.
