Mission is humbled and thrilled to announce that we’ve received a 2020 Award of Excellence from Communication Arts’ 26th annual interactive competition. For 61 years, Communication Arts magazine has selected the best of the best from the advertising and digital realm in the categories of Websites/Microsites, Mobile, Tablets, Social, Environmental, Desktop, Other Interactive Media, and Student Work.
This year, the NASA Home and City website developed by Mission, Bully!, NIA and Woodpile was one of 39 selected from among 581 international submissions as a winner in the Websites/Microsites category. Juror Hayley Hughes commented, “This was love at first question: How does space exploration impact my daily life? From that provocation, I dove into the interactives. It felt like an immersive ride at an online theme park, connecting me to innovations I never realized came from NASA. An enlightening, exciting and inspiring experience!” Thank you to Communication Arts for your consideration, and to all our partners on this project.
